Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order through our store. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our store and the purchase of products from us. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & orders

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the true colour or appearance of our products.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these terms.

3. Custom & personalised products

Important: Custom and personalised products are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Our custom products include, but are not limited to:

  • Branded 3D printed products (items printed with your logo, artwork, or custom design)
  • Custom print products (business cards, flyers, banners, labels, and similar printed materials featuring customer-supplied artwork or branding)
  • Any product where personalisation, engraving, embroidery, or custom artwork has been applied

By submitting a custom order, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all design files, proofs, and specifications before production begins
  • You own or have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted
  • You accept that minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions are inherent to the production process and do not constitute a defect
  • Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified

4. Returns & refunds

Non-custom products: If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-custom) product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Custom & branded products — no return policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom, personalised, or made-to-order products, including:

  • 3D printed items produced to a customer-supplied design or branded with a customer's logo
  • Custom printed materials (print runs of any kind featuring customer artwork or branding)
  • Products where customisation has been applied at the customer's request

Exceptions apply only where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files, including but not limited to: spelling mistakes, incorrect logos, wrong colours, or low-resolution artwork. Please review all proofs carefully before approving production.

5. Artwork & intellectual property

By submitting artwork, logos, or design files to us, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or have obtained all necessary licences and permissions to use, the submitted materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission of artwork that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to refuse production of any artwork that we believe infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or that contains unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in the store's display currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before production of any order begins. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if items are damaged or missing.

For custom orders, production time is in addition to shipping time. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
